Lazy Bones Kava - Vibrant Kava Bar & Tea House in Austin with Unique Juices & Community Vibes

Parking here is truly terrible. Parking is a deal breaker for me, I absolutely hate fighting for a spot. The parking lot is shared with several other businesses and there is super limited street parking before you hit residential only parking. I am giving 5 stars because all the other reviews are amazing and I’m sure the staff is wonderful and the product and atmosphere is as good as the reviews claim. I would hate to bring the overall rating down , especially because I’m sure the staff works hard to create an inviting space, so I’m not going to deduct stars. This is really just for people like me who hate a bad parking situation as I tried to look in advance to see if it was worth it for me and was disappointed to have to change plans couldn’t find any info about the parking situation. I ended up finding another coffee shop because I circled several times and even went as far as looking in the neighborhood before deciding it wasn’t worth it for me.

Great spot. Kavatenders come up with new special drinks once a month a have a great rotating specials menu. Their kava is great and shots are tasty. Community is fun and nice. Happy hour is such a great price! Half off teas and shots! 9a-10a and 5pm-7pm

This is a great community with awesome bartenders. It’s easy to strike up conversations with strangers here. It’s a great alternative for those who wish to go out but don’t want to drink alcohol. Been part of the kava community in Austin for quite some time. This bar introduced one of the more exceptional vibes, aesthetics and new people to the community.

I’ve been to a lot of kava bars in my day, this place is incredible. I pretty much live here. The staff is beyond amazing and the products they sell are top notch. They truly care about their customers and it shows.

This is the only kava bar I go to—I’m a regular and absolutely love it here. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming every time. The berry kratom is my favorite, and the kava shots are always excellent. Amazing place and great vibes.

This is the coolest Kava bar in Austin. It's got an amazing environment with chill vibes, a free pool table, lots of comfy seating, kind workers, and bunch of fun games. It's perfect for good convos and coworking. There's coffee, matcha, kratom, and kava drinks. The drinks are all super tasty.

I absolutely love this place. I was there for a date night. It was my first time drinking kava, and they gave me a starter bundle. Luckily, we were there during happy hour, so everything was priced lower than usual. Both my partner and I got drinks for under 18$. The place was chill, the workers were friendly and informative. Overall, it was a great experience! Highly recommend. I will say that finding a parking spot during busy hours is difficult but worth it. They don't have food, but I did see people bring their own, so idk if they alow it, but I'm thinking they might.
